The short version

tryreclaim.io does not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. We don't run a cookie consent banner because, at present, there's nothing on this site that requires one under EU/UK ePrivacy rules, strictly-necessary and functional storage only.

What we do store

This item is strictly functional: it never leaves your browser, is never read by us, and contains no personal information, just a "light" or "dark" preference. It falls under the "strictly necessary for a service you've explicitly requested" exemption in most cookie-consent frameworks (including the EU's ePrivacy Directive), which is why no consent banner is shown for it.

What about the ReClaim Android app?

This policy covers the tryreclaim.io website only. The ReClaim app itself doesn't use browser cookies, see our Privacy Policy for how the app handles on-device data.

Third-party embeds

This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts. Google Fonts may log standard server request data (such as IP address) as part of serving the font files, independent of any cookie we set. See Google Fonts' privacy FAQ for detail on how they handle this.

Managing storage

You can clear local storage at any time through your browser's site settings or privacy tools, doing so simply resets the theme toggle to your system default.
